Product Details

  • Superior Durability and Stability: Siraya Tech's ABS-GF Filament is engineered with fiberglass reinforcement, offering unmatched toughness and impact resistance. This 3d filament ensures exceptional structural integrity and dimensional stability, surpassing ABS Carbon Fiber in material properties, and setting a new standard for creating robust and long-lasting components.
  • Advanced Heat and Chemical Resistance: Siraya Tech ABS-GF boasts an HDT of 93°C, exceeding standard ABS and ABS-CF material. Designed to withstand extreme conditions, our ABS-GF filament maintains its performance and form even under high temperatures and exposure to chemicals. This resilience makes it the go-to choice for demanding industrial applications and environments.
  • Precision Printing with Ease: The integration of fiberglass not only fortifies the filament but also significantly enhances its rigidity. This improvement leads to remarkable dimensional stability and minimizes warping, a common challenge in ABS printing, ensuring precise and reliable prints every time.
  • Lightweight Yet Incredibly Strong: Our ABS-GF 3d printing filament is formulated to strike the perfect balance between strength and weight. Its lightweight nature is ideal for applications like drone components, mechanical parts, and sporting goods, where durability is essential without the burden of added weight.
  • Versatile Application Spectrum: Siraya Tech's ABS-GF 3d filament excels in both professional and hobbyist settings. Its ease of printing, combined with its robust mechanical properties, makes it versatile for a wide array of uses, from detailed models and functional prototypes to enduring automotive parts and innovative industrial projects.

Printing Siraya Tech ABS-GF

Siraya Tech ABS-GF in Grey is ABS filled with chopped glass fiber, and this listing is a 1kg spool. The fibers make parts stiffer and more dimensionally stable than plain ABS, but they are abrasive, so a hardened nozzle is mandatory (see nozzle compatibility below). The ranges below are for ABS-GF, which usually prints a little hotter than plain ABS. ABS-GF is best suited to stiff, heat-resistant parts with less warping than plain ABS. Brands and even individual spools vary, so treat these as starting points and run a quick temperature tower to lock in the sweet spot for your printer.

Ranges checked against Bambu Lab data. Heat resistance is the heat deflection temperature (HDT). Read our glass fiber filament guide for bed adhesion, drying, troubleshooting, and material-specific tips.

Nozzle Compatibility

Glass fiber is abrasive and wears brass (and stainless) nozzles out of round, sometimes within a single spool. Use hardened steel or another wear resistant nozzle such as ruby or tungsten carbide. With hardened steel, start about 5 to 10°C hotter than you would with brass.

Nozzle type
Hardened steel
0.2 mm
Cannot use

0.4 mm
Can use
Standard only, not high flow.
0.6 mm
Can use
Fewer clogs and less wear.
0.8 mm
Can use
Large, fast parts.
