Product Details

  • Excellent mechanical properties: PA12 filament and printed parts are strong, wear-resistant, low water absorption, very easy to print. It is a rare and excellent nylon product with comprehensive printability and mechanical properties.
  • High thermal performance: high temperature resistance, heat distortion temperature of 100°C, excellent thermal aging performance. Parts can be used in high temperature environment for a long time without loss of mechanical properties and dimensional stability.
  • High toughness and impact resistance: the elongation at break is as high as 165%, and it has excellent self-lubricating properties. Suitable for printing durable parts or mechanical gears.
  • Low water absorption: Compared with standard PA6, PA12 has lower water absorption efficiency, and the mechanical properties of printed parts are less affected after water absorption, which ensures the performance of printed parts.
  • Application fields: PA12's excellent fatigue resistance and toughness can meet the needs of workpieces with high mechanical properties. Suitable for machinery, automobiles, aerospace, electrical and electronics, consumer goods and other fields.

Printing Spriour Nylon

Spriour Nylon in White runs on the Nylon profile below, and this listing is a 1kg spool. Nylon is best suited to tough, wear-resistant mechanical parts like gears, hinges, and high-heat brackets. Brands and even individual spools vary, so treat these as starting points and run a quick temperature tower to lock in the sweet spot for your printer.

Ranges checked against Bambu Lab, Prusa and Polymaker data. Heat resistance is the heat deflection temperature (HDT). Read our Nylon filament guide for bed adhesion, drying, troubleshooting, and material-specific tips.

Nozzle Compatibility

This is an unfilled plastic, so it is not abrasive: a brass nozzle works and lasts, and so does hardened steel. With hardened steel, print about 5 to 10°C hotter.
