Product Details
- EXCELLENT PERFORMANCE: Carbon Fiber Lite has better strength and rigidity. The addition of high quality carbon fiber reduces crystallization and thermal stress during printing, reducing the probability of warpage during printing, and PLA Carbon Fiber has a beautiful matte finish with excellent surface quality
- REFINEMENT PROCESS: JUSTMAKER uses a refined addition process to add high quality carbon fiber to PLA Carbon Fiber filament to optimize the problem of fiber floating and fiber agglomeration during printing and reduce the occurrence of carbon fiber material clogging the nozzle
- SMOOTH PRINTING: The filament has tight tolerances and is compatible with all common 1.75mm FDM 3D printers. Smooth extrusion during printing, no tangles, no bubbles, no clogs, ensures high quality finished prints and gives you a pleasant printing experience
- CONSIDERATE PACKAGING: Filament is packaged in cardboard spool and vacuum sealed. Our cardboard spool are extremely durable and have multiple cutouts to hold the filament in place, making it easy for customers to divide and conquer. The vacuum sealed packaging keeps the filament dry for excellent printing performance

Printing JUSTMAKER PLA-CF
JUSTMAKER PLA-CF in Matte Black is PLA filled with chopped carbon fiber, and this listing is a 1kg spool. The fibers make parts stiffer and more dimensionally stable than plain PLA, but they are abrasive, so a hardened nozzle is mandatory (see nozzle compatibility below). The ranges below are for PLA-CF, which usually prints a little hotter than plain PLA. PLA-CF is best suited to stiff, matte display pieces, desk and camera accessories, and light-duty brackets that never see heat. Brands and even individual spools vary, so treat these as starting points and run a quick temperature tower to lock in the sweet spot for your printer.
Ranges checked against Bambu Lab and Polymaker data. Heat resistance is the heat deflection temperature (HDT). Read our carbon fiber filament guide for bed adhesion, drying, troubleshooting, and material-specific tips.
Nozzle Compatibility
Carbon fiber is abrasive and wears brass (and stainless) nozzles out of round, sometimes within a single spool. Use hardened steel or another wear resistant nozzle such as ruby or tungsten carbide. With hardened steel, start about 5 to 10°C hotter than you would with brass.
Based on Bambu Lab and Prusa guidance. More in our carbon fiber filament guide and nozzle types guide.
