Product Details
- PLA SUPPORT MATERIAL: Designed for Polymaker PLA-based filaments. Use for support structures or assign it to support interface layers in your slicer for overhangs and complex geometry.
- BREAKAWAY REMOVAL: Separate supports mechanically after printing, without soaking. Tune the support interface gap to balance adhesion and removal for your model and printer.
- DUAL-NOZZLE SETUP: IDEX, toolchanger or other two-nozzle printers keep model PLA and support material on separate paths. If sharing one nozzle, purge thoroughly between material changes.
- TDS PRINT SETTINGS: For a 0.4mm nozzle, Polymaker lists 220-230°C nozzle, 25-60°C bed and cooling fan on. Adjust the profile for your printer, PLA filament and part geometry.
- STORAGE AND SPOOL FIT: Keep filament sealed and dry; Polymaker lists 55°C for 6 hours if drying is needed. Check the 0.75kg spool fits your feeder or spool holder before loading.
