Product Details

  • extrudr TPU medium filament (Shore hardness A98), colour: red, diameter 1.75 mm
  • The extrudr TPU Flex Series has been developed for industrial applications. Chemical resistance - often required in the machine environment - is an important feature of this series. The different degrees of hardness allow for a wide range of applications. TPU medium is the "all-rounder" among TPU filaments. With a Shore hardness of A98, it combines the characteristics of "TPU soft" and "TPU hard" and is the filament for a large number of different applications.
  • Print speed 60-80 mm/s, printing temperature 190-230 °C
  • Heated bed 0-90°C. Depending on the printer, it can also be printed without a heated bed.
  • Shrinking very low. Normally does not require a closed and tempered pressure space.

Printing extrudr TPU

extrudr TPU in Red runs on the TPU profile below, and this listing is a 0.75kg spool. TPU is best suited to flexible, rubber-like parts such as phone cases, gaskets, and vibration dampers. Brands and even individual spools vary, so treat these as starting points and run a quick temperature tower to lock in the sweet spot for your printer.

Ranges checked against Bambu Lab and Prusa data. Heat resistance is the heat deflection temperature (HDT). Read our TPU filament guide for bed adhesion, drying, troubleshooting, and material-specific tips.

Nozzle Compatibility

Flexible filament is not abrasive, so brass and hardened steel both work. Size matters more: the higher pressure in a small nozzle makes soft filament buckle in the extruder.

Nozzle type
Brass or hardened steel
0.2 mm
Cannot use
Flexibles buckle.
0.4 mm
Can use
Fine for 95A and harder.
0.6 mm
Can use
Needed for 85A and softer.
0.8 mm
Can use
Large, fast parts.
