About TPU Filament
TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane) is a flexible, rubber-like filament used for phone cases, gaskets, seals, and vibration dampers. It prints at moderate temperatures but needs a slow, steady feed, and a direct-drive extruder handles it far better than a Bowden setup. Softer grades (lower shore hardness) are more elastic and harder to print.
