Product Details
- [FLEXIBLE 95A TPU] Make resilient parts with transparent TPU filament designed to bend and stretch rather than behave like plastic. Its 95A hardness offers a practical balance of flexibility and form, with stretch of up to three times its length for suitable prints.
- [CLEAR TRANSPARENT FINISH] Show off light and detail with transparent filament that offers clarity, light transmission, and a glossy appearance. It’s a versatile choice for see-through components, decorative prints, and functional projects where a clear look matters.
- [CONSISTENT 1.75MM DIAMETER] A controlled 1.75mm diameter with ±0.02mm tolerance helps deliver steady material through the extruder. The consistent round profile supports dependable feeding in compatible 3D printers and helps you work toward smooth, even prints.
- [FOR PRACTICAL PROJECTS] Flexible, abrasion- TPU is suited to custom straps, shoe soles, drone components, and other parts that need to bend in use. Its resistance to oil and grease makes it useful for a range of functional prints and prototypes.
- [CAREFUL SPOOL PREPARATION] Mechanically wound and hand-checked, the filament is designed to help prevent overlaps and during feeding. It is dried and vacuum sealed to help protect it from dust and before use; recommended settings are 200–230°C nozzle and 60–80°C bed.

Printing Keenso TPU
Keenso TPU in Transparent runs on the TPU profile below, and this listing is a 0.25kg spool. TPU is best suited to flexible, rubber-like parts such as phone cases, gaskets, and vibration dampers. Brands and even individual spools vary, so treat these as starting points and run a quick temperature tower to lock in the sweet spot for your printer.
Ranges checked against Bambu Lab and Prusa data. Heat resistance is the heat deflection temperature (HDT). Read our TPU filament guide for bed adhesion, drying, troubleshooting, and material-specific tips.
Nozzle Compatibility
Flexible filament is not abrasive, so brass and hardened steel both work. Size matters more: the higher pressure in a small nozzle makes soft filament buckle in the extruder.
