  • 【Tips】1. Nozzle Temp: 280- 290 ℃ , Hotbed Temp: 90 - 110 ℃, Printing Speed: <200 mm/s 2. We recommend using a closed-type printer. 3. Please use wear-resistant steel nozzles ( 0.6 mm is recommended ) instead of ordinary brass nozzles. 4. Dry before use for the highest print quality (80°C, ≥8h). Printing and Keeping Container's Humidity < 20% RH (Sealed, with Desiccant). 5. For better interlayer adhesion, maintain a stable chamber temperature, keep the nozzle temperature at or above 280°C, and minimize cooling during printing.
  • 【High Strength & High Rigidity】TINMORRY PA6-GF is reinforced with glass fiber to provide outstanding strength and stiffness. Printed parts maintain excellent dimensional stability under load, making it ideal for functional prototypes, mechanical components, fixtures, brackets, and engineering applications.
  • 【Excellent Impact Resistance】Combining the toughness of nylon with glass fiber reinforcement, PA6-GF offers superior impact resistance and durability. Parts are less likely to crack or deform when subjected to vibration, repeated stress, or accidental impacts.
  • 【High Heat Resistance】TINMORRY PA6-GF maintains its mechanical properties at elevated temperatures, making it suitable for automotive, industrial, and functional applications where standard filaments may soften or deform.
  • 【Wide Compatibility】Compatible with most enclosed FDM 3D printers on the market. Suitable for engineering-grade printing and functional part production. If you have any questions while using TINMORRY filament, please contact us to get filament profile or download from GitHub.

Printing TINMORRY Nylon-GF

TINMORRY Nylon-GF in Orange is Nylon filled with chopped glass fiber, and this listing is a 1kg spool. The fibers make parts stiffer and more dimensionally stable than plain Nylon, but they are abrasive, so a hardened nozzle is mandatory (see nozzle compatibility below). The ranges below are for Nylon-GF, which usually prints a little hotter than plain Nylon. Nylon-GF is best suited to stiff, heat-tolerant parts that need to hold up to impact. Brands and even individual spools vary, so treat these as starting points and run a quick temperature tower to lock in the sweet spot for your printer.

Ranges checked against Bambu Lab data. Heat resistance is the heat deflection temperature (HDT). Read our glass fiber filament guide for bed adhesion, drying, troubleshooting, and material-specific tips.

Nozzle Compatibility

Glass fiber is abrasive and wears brass (and stainless) nozzles out of round, sometimes within a single spool. Use hardened steel or another wear resistant nozzle such as ruby or tungsten carbide. With hardened steel, start about 5 to 10°C hotter than you would with brass.

Nozzle type
Hardened steel
0.2 mm
Cannot use
Fibers clog it.
0.4 mm
Can use
Standard only, not high flow.
0.6 mm
Can use
Fewer clogs and less wear.
0.8 mm
Can use
Large, fast parts.
