• Much Stiffer and Warping Resistant: With the reinforcement of glass fiber, TINMORRY PC-GF has significantly higher stiffness and warping resistance than Generic PC, which makes the prints more resistant to deformation during both printing and use.
• Ultra-high Layer Adhesion: TIMORRY PC-GF can make the prints have ultra-high layer adhesion, which makes up for the shortcoming of most filaments and ensures that the products are not easy to break when subjected to forces in all directions.
• High-Speed Printing: TINMORRY PC-GF is specially designed and can be printed at high speeds. At 285 °C nozzle temperature, its max printing speed can reach 200 mm/s (common 0.4 mm hardened steel nozzle)
• Delicate Surface, Engineering Level and Durable: The presence of glass fiber makes the models made of TINMORRY PC-GF look slightly frosted and have invisible layer lines, which makes them delicate, fine and dimensionally accurate. In addition, TINMORRY PC-GF has excellent durability and resistance to oil , grease, water, wear, and heat: HDT reaches 107 °C (0.45 MPa), so it can be used to print aesthetic models and mechanical parts that need to come into contact with hot water, grease and etc.
• Tips: 1. Recommend Nozzle Temp 275-295℃, Bed Temp: 100-110℃ , Print Speed: <200mm/s. 2. Please use wear-resistant steel nozzles ( 0.6 mm is recommended, 0.4mm Capable) instead of ordinary brass nozzles! 3. Dry before use for the highest print quality (80-90 °C, 6-8 h).
