Product Details
- Designed for High Speed Printing: High-speed skin ABS filament can maintain printing quality and retain the integrity of complete fine structures when printing at high speeds, without layer lines and deformation. The fastest printing speed can reach 500mm/s.
- Heat Resistance: Kexcelled ABS high speed filament 1.75mm is an enhanced 3D printing consumable. It is more durable, more heat-resistant (Vicat softening temperature: 96˚C), has lower shrinkage, better mechanical properties, is not easy to warp and crack, reliable and easy to use.
- No Clogging, No Bubbles: Our abs 3D printer filament are high-quality factory controlled, neatly wound, and the accuracy is controlled at +/- 0.03 mm, ensuring that each roll of consumables is in the best condition.
- Better Interlayer Adhesion: Stable dimensional tolerance and low warping ensure uniform feeding and stable printing. The interlayer adhesion is better than other brands of ordinary ABS, with less drawing and easy operation, resulting in excellent surface finish and high precision.
- Moisture-proof Packaging: Our high speed ABS 3D printing consumables are completely dried before packaging, and desiccant is placed in the packaging bag for vacuum sealing to prevent the consumables from moisture and dust, thereby better ensuring that your consumables get the best printing performance.

Printing kexcelled ABS
kexcelled ABS in Beige runs on the ABS profile below, and this listing is a 1kg spool. ABS is best suited to durable, heat-resistant parts like enclosures and automotive components printed in a controlled chamber. Brands and even individual spools vary, so treat these as starting points and run a quick temperature tower to lock in the sweet spot for your printer.
Ranges checked against Bambu Lab, Prusa and Polymaker data. Heat resistance is the heat deflection temperature (HDT). Read our ABS & ASA filament guide for bed adhesion, drying, troubleshooting, and material-specific tips.
Nozzle Compatibility
This is an unfilled plastic, so it is not abrasive: a brass nozzle works and lasts, and so does hardened steel. With hardened steel, print about 5 to 10°C hotter.
Based on Bambu Lab and Prusa guidance. More in our nozzle types guide.
