- [High Rigidity and Toughness] Eryone petg carbon fiber filament contains 15% carbon fiber for strength and durability. Eryone petg cf filament is designed to be stronger and more durable than regular petg filament.
- [Versatility] Lightweight, dimensionally stable, easy to print, resulting in more dimensionally stable parts, including automotive parts, aerospace components, consumer electronics, and medical devices. good chemical resistance, including dilute acids, bases, and oils. fine matte finish.
- [High Quality] Eryone petg cf filament 1.75 mm lines up neatly and reduces clogging and tangling, ensuring a smooth printing experience. Safe and low odor, the combination of petg and carbon fiber provides excellent abrasion resistance and longevity of prints.
- [Vacuum-Sealed] Eryone petg cf filament is vacuum-sealed, preventing dust and dampness. Reseal filament after use for excellent next-print performance.
- [Compatibility and Tips] Eryone carbon fiber petg filament can be used with most FDM 3D printers, though a hardened steel nozzle is recommended due to its abrasive nature. It is best to dry well before printing and print the temperature tower for suitable settings for your printer and environment. Printing ERYONE PETG-CF
ERYONE PETG-CF in Matte Orange is PETG filled with chopped carbon fiber, and this listing is a 1kg spool. The fibers make parts stiffer and more dimensionally stable than plain PETG, but they are abrasive, so a hardened nozzle is mandatory (see nozzle compatibility below). The ranges below are for PETG-CF, which usually prints a little hotter than plain PETG. PETG-CF is best suited to stiff functional parts such as jigs, fixtures and brackets that need PETG's chemical resistance. Brands and even individual spools vary, so treat these as starting points and run a quick temperature tower to lock in the sweet spot for your printer.
Ranges checked against Bambu Lab, Prusament and Polymaker data. Heat resistance is the heat deflection temperature (HDT). Read our carbon fiber filament guide for bed adhesion, drying, troubleshooting, and material-specific tips.
Nozzle Compatibility
Carbon fiber is abrasive and wears brass (and stainless) nozzles out of round, sometimes within a single spool. Use hardened steel or another wear resistant nozzle such as ruby or tungsten carbide. With hardened steel, start about 5 to 10°C hotter than you would with brass.
Based on Bambu Lab and Prusa guidance. More in our carbon fiber filament guide and nozzle types guide.
