• 【PLA-Like Easy Printing】- Get enhanced thermal performance without giving up the convenience of PLA. HT-PLA prints at 210–230°C with a 25–60°C heated bed and cooling fan ON, with no enclosed chamber required, making it compatible with a wide range of FDM 3D printers.
• 【Heat Resistant after Annealing】- If need greater thermal performance, annealing can further improve the heat resistance of HT-PLA. After annealing, the material reaches a heat deflection temperature of approximately 107°C at 0.45 MPa for functional parts used in warmer environments.
• 【High Speed up to 350mm/s】- Polymaker HT-PLA supports printing speeds up to 300mm/s on compatible printers while maintaining reliable extrusion and dimensional consistency. A practical choice for prototypes, functional parts and repeatable everyday printing.
• 【Recommendation】- No hardened nozzle or enclosed chamber is required. If the filament absorbs moisture, dry at 60°C for approximately 6 hours before printing.
