Product Details
- 8.8X THE IMPACT TOUGHNESS OF STANDARD PLA+: Tough Pro PLA+ is our toughest PLA, made for functional parts that take a hit. In our drop testing it has 8.8x the impact toughness of our Standard PLA+, and it still prints as easily as any PLA.
- EASY TO PRINT, NO ENCLOSURE: Print at 230-250°C nozzle (higher end for faster prints) and 0-60°C bed; 45-60°C helps on PEI. Runs from 60 to 250 mm/s. Free tested profiles for Bambu Lab printers and the Snapmaker U1, and built into PrusaSlicer. Generic PLA profiles at 200-215°C run too cold.
- ANNEALABLE FOR MORE HEAT RESISTANCE: As printed, parts soften around 55-60°C like other PLAs. Anneal in an oven at 110-120°C, packed in plaster or fine salt, to raise heat deflection to 75-85°C (expect 1-2% shrinkage). For outdoor or high-heat parts, step up to 3D-Fuel Pro PCTG.
- AMS-READY SPOOL, SEALED DRY: A full 1kg on a spool that works in the Bambu Lab AMS and AMS Lite, vacuum sealed with desiccant. Diameter is laser measured and held to +/- 0.02 mm for smooth, consistent feeding.
- MADE IN FARGO FROM OUR OWN MATERIAL: Remix is part of our ReFuel line, made from Tough Pro PLA+ color-transition spools and out-of-spec filament from our own lines, repelletized and extruded in Fargo, North Dakota, USA. It is the same grade as our virgin Tough Pro PLA+, with no fillers added.

Printing 3D-Fuel PLA Plus
3D-Fuel PLA Plus in Natural runs on the PLA Plus profile below, and this listing is a 1kg spool. PLA Plus is best suited to everyday parts that need a little more toughness than standard PLA, with the same heat limits. Brands and even individual spools vary, so treat these as starting points and run a quick temperature tower to lock in the sweet spot for your printer.
Ranges checked against eSUN and Polymaker data. Heat resistance is the heat deflection temperature (HDT). Read our PLA variants guide for bed adhesion, drying, troubleshooting, and material-specific tips.
Nozzle Compatibility
This is an unfilled plastic, so it is not abrasive: a brass nozzle works and lasts, and so does hardened steel. With hardened steel, print about 5 to 10°C hotter.
Based on Bambu Lab and Prusa guidance. More in our nozzle types guide.
