Product Details
- Shore hardness 95A: GEEETECH TPU 95A Filament opens up a world of flexible possibilities for your 3D creations. You can print, in particular, sports protective gear, shoes, orthopedic models, vehicle interior parts, and various industrial tools such as hoses and clamps with it.
- [Wide Compatibility]Strict tolerance standard: diameter 1.75mm, dimensional accuracy ±0.02mm, 1kg per spool. It is compatible with most 1.75mm FDM 3D printers on the market; it is recommended to dry the filament before printing for optimal printing results.
- [Strong layer adhesion and smooth surface finishing] The improved layer bonding technology ensures firm interlayer adhesion without risk of detachment and creates printed objects with a perfectly smooth surface. The material impresses with its wear resistance, oil resistance and ageing resistance. It permanently resists cracking and discoloration. Whether with detailed decorative parts or durable flexible components, it always retains its high-quality appearance and structural stability.
- [Smooth and stable printing]Recommended settings: nozzle temperature 200-230°C, bed temperature 50-60°C, printing speed 40mm/s (adjust according to printer model).

Printing Geeetech TPU
Geeetech TPU in Transparent runs on the TPU profile below, and this listing is a 1kg spool. TPU is best suited to flexible, rubber-like parts such as phone cases, gaskets, and vibration dampers. Brands and even individual spools vary, so treat these as starting points and run a quick temperature tower to lock in the sweet spot for your printer.
Ranges checked against Bambu Lab and Prusa data. Heat resistance is the heat deflection temperature (HDT). Read our TPU filament guide for bed adhesion, drying, troubleshooting, and material-specific tips.
Nozzle Compatibility
Flexible filament is not abrasive, so brass and hardened steel both work. Size matters more: the higher pressure in a small nozzle makes soft filament buckle in the extruder.
