- WATER-SOLUBLE SUPPORT: PVA-based support filament that dissolves in water after printing, reducing the need to remove supports mechanically from hard-to-reach areas.
- FOR COMPLEX GEOMETRY: Supports enclosed cavities, internal channels, detailed overhangs, and other structures where breakaway support may be difficult to reach by hand.
- MATERIAL COMPATIBILITY: Engineered for compatible PLA, TPU, PVB, and nylon filaments from the Polymaker portfolio. Run a test print when using a new material or interface profile.
- KEEP DRY WHILE PRINTING: PolyDissolve S1 absorbs moisture rapidly. Dry at 80°C for 12 hours when needed, store it sealed, and print directly from a dry box for consistent extrusion.
- DUAL-MATERIAL PRINT SETTINGS: Recommended for dual-nozzle, IDEX, or tool-changing printers. Use 215–225°C nozzle temperature, 25–60°C bed temperature, cooling fan on, and 50–150 mm/s printing speed.
