- Industrial-Grade High-Performance Composite Filament : DUROZZLE PPS-CF10 is dedicated to making high-performance carbon fiber composites accessible—this cost-effective 3D printing filament is optimized for smooth printing, compatible with most mainstream high-temperature 3D printers (entry-level to industrial), enabling easy production of rigid, heat-resistant functional parts.
- Extreme Heat Resistance & Flame Retardancy: It boasts excellent heat resistance and can be used long-term in environments above 200°C (with a maximum heat deflection temperature of 264°C). The material is intrinsically flame retradant which equivalent to UL94 standard.
- Recommended Printing Parameters for PPS-CF10 Filament: To achieve high-quality printed parts with DUROZZLE PPS-CF10 filament, the recommended nozzle temperature is 310–350°C, heated bed temperature is 100–120°C, and printing speed ranges from 30 to 300 millimeters per second. Dry the filament at 100°C for 10 hours prior to printing, set the retraction distance to 1mm, and adjust the cooling fan speed between 0% and 50%. Apply adhesive glue or Magigoo to the printing bed to improve adhesion.
- Tangle-Free Winding & Moisture-Proof Packaging: The 1.75mm filament uses a precision winding process to prevent tangling and jamming during feeding. Each roll has net weight 750g, and the spool is vacuum-sealed at the factory to completely keep out moisture. Cardboard spool used for the love to local environment.
- Machines that not recommended： 1. Open-form 3D printers. 2. Printer with printing temperature cannot go above 300℃/572℉. 3. Printer that cannot actively keep chamber temperature above 60 ℃/332 ℉. 4. Printer without a heated-bed. Some recmmended models: 1. Q-brand: Plus4, Plus5, MAX4, Q2 and older models 2. BL: H2D, H2S, H2C 3. AC: S1MAX
