Product Details
- Engineering Polycarbonate: Made with polycarbonate resin formulated for 3D printing, providing stiffness and heat resistance for functional prototypes, brackets, housings, jigs, and fixtures.
- Heat-Resistant Parts: The TDS lists a typical heat deflection temperature of 107°C at 1.8 MPa and 111°C at 0.45 MPa; actual results depend on part design and printing conditions.
- White Functional Finish: White filament provides a clean, neutral appearance for visible prototypes, mechanical components, equipment housings, and engineering models.
- High-Temperature Print Setup: Use a 245–270°C nozzle, 90–105°C build plate, cooling fan off, and 50–200 mm/s printing speed. An enclosed printer is required.
- Drying and Annealing: Dry at 75°C for 6 hours when needed and print from a dry box. Anneal at 90°C for 2 hours immediately after printing when residual-stress relief is required.

Printing Polymaker PC
Polymaker PC in White runs on the standard PC profile below, and this listing is a 1.00kg spool. PC is best suited to high-strength, heat-resistant engineering parts; PC-ABS/PC-GF/PC-CF blends print easier than pure PC at some cost to peak performance. Brands and even individual spools vary, so treat these as starting points and run a quick temperature tower to lock in the sweet spot for your printer.
