• Enhanced Performance & Optimized Printing – Panchroma CoPE offers excellent overhang performance and supports high-speed printing while using settings similar to PLA. For the best printing experience, we recommend printing CoPE independently and using a release agent on textured PEI build plates. Allow the build plate to cool completely before removing prints to ensure easy removal and consistent print quality.
• Tangle-Free & Moisture-Free: We prioritize quality, which is why our Panchroma 1.75mm filament is meticulously wound to prevent tangling. It is dried and vacuum-sealed in a resealable ziplock bag with desiccant. Note: To prevent tangles after use, please pass the filament through the fixed hole.
• Solid Consistent Color: Our rigorous quality control system ensures vibrant, uniform colors with high accuracy and consistency, allowing you to unleash your creativity for both small art projects and large-scale endeavors.
• Worry-Free Printing Performance: Enjoy hassle-free printing with no warping, jamming, blobs, or layer delamination issues. Panchroma 1.75mm filament is compatible with the default settings of most mainstream printers and supports high-speed printing for reliable results.
• Printing Settings: Printing Temperature: 190˚C - 230˚C, Bed Temperature: 25˚C - 60˚C, Printing Speed: Up to 400mm/s, Fan: ON. Direct Drive: Retraction Distance: 1mm, Retraction Speed: 20mm/s. Indirect Drive: Retraction Distance: 3mm, Retraction Speed: 40mm/s. Drying Settings: Temperature: 55˚C for 6 hours (only if the material has absorbed moisture).
