- 25% Glass Fiber Reinforced Nylon: PolyMide PA6-GF combines Nylon 6 with 25 wt% glass fiber for high rigidity, mechanical strength and dimensional stability. Suitable for brackets, fixtures, housings, tooling and demanding functional parts.
- Heat Resistance After Annealing: Printed specimens achieve a heat deflection temperature of approximately 191°C at 0.45 MPa after annealing. Actual heat performance depends on load, part geometry, printing conditions and post-processing.
- Low-Warp Printing Technology: Warp-Free technology helps reduce warping while maintaining reliable layer adhesion. Print with a 40–50°C build plate and keep the chamber or ambient temperature below 50°C for the technology to work as intended.
- Recommended Print Settings: Use an all-metal hotend at 280–300°C, a 40–50°C build plate and a hardened or wear-resistant nozzle. Keep the cooling fan off. A heated chamber is not required; calibrate temperature, flow and speed for your printer.
- Drying and Post-Processing: If the filament has absorbed moisture, dry it at 100°C for 10 hours. For maximum thermal and mechanical performance, anneal printed parts at 100°C for 16 hours. Moisture conditioning after annealing can help restore the toughness expected from nylon parts.
